944423_606703839350053_23834722_n A healthy breakfast that is high in protein and healthy fats Ingredients: Avocado Egg Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice) Cheese (optional) Remove the avocado pit. Scoop out a bit of avocado to increase the size of the hole. Crack an egg into the hole. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and/or cheese. Bake in the oven until egg is cooked to the level you like. Enjoy
