Author Marge Lyse’s new book “Too Much Me” is the true story of her transformation from obesity to a healthy, happy lifestyle.
Marge Lyse, an American author, lecturer, and certified NASM fitness trainer, has completed her new book “Too Much Me”: the inspiring tale of her “ah-ha” moment and the steps that she followed to change her life for good.
Published by Newman Springs Publishing, Marge Lyse’s encouraging tale takes readers along the path that she followed to reach her goals. Starting out at nearly four hundred pounds, Marge has accomplished a loss of over 200 pound and has managed to keep the weight off for nearly two decades.
This encouraging testament helps readers, crucially, change their thought process. By tackling self-hate, bad relationships and reliance on food readers will see success in their own journeys. Most importantly, this guide helps readers see through the scams and the hurdles that they and others may try to place in their way.

As the New Year starts so does great oppurtunity! WOW….1st week of the New Year and I’m off to New York to appear on the Bethenny Show. How exciting is that. The show is all about fitness as the new year approaches. In December I joined the Downsize Fitness Family. This is a fitness area for people who have over 50lbs to lose. We provide a comfortable, judgement free space and customized training so everyone can meet their fitness goals. First on the media stream was an article in the Chicago Sun Times. And if that wasn’t exciting enough a week after that I received an email asking if I’d like to go to New York and appear on the Bethenny show. I hesitated…wait…no i didnt. I said oh heck yeah I would!!! So today finds me packing up for an overnight in New York City. Alone in the Big Apple. I know its corny but as soon as I get off that plane and see the Limo driver holding a card with my name on it I’m taking a picture.!! Then off to the taping!
On Saturday I was asked to appear on the Andrea Metcalf Fitness segment on NBC as an inspirational story that your goals can become your reality.
And speaking of Reality..After the Andrea show you can find me back at Reality Fitness training clients and having a blast with my best friend Carla Linder-Mayer!!
Now this is how every year should start!!!
